From a 22-point jump in driving theory pass rates to a 47% reduction in SaaS support tickets — here's what happens when learning infrastructure is built for organisations ready to scale.
As Wafeq's partner network scaled rapidly across UAE and KSA, they set an ambitious goal: make learning a core part of the product experience — not an afterthought. They wanted every partner, client, and new hire to reach full proficiency faster than any classroom or documentation library could allow.
StarhAcademy built the Wafeq Academy end-to-end in 16 weeks — a full learning ecosystem spanning three distinct tracks. A partner track that creates Wafeq-certified champions within days of onboarding. A client track that drives deep product adoption from day one. And an internal track that brings new hires up to speed faster than any document ever could. Beyond product training, we embedded accounting knowledge throughout — making the academy a genuine professional development resource that became a competitive differentiator. Partners chose Wafeq partly because of the quality of training behind it.
Foodics made a strategic decision that sets their most forward-thinking clients apart: rather than commissioning individual courses, they built a full learning infrastructure — and trusted StarhAcademy as their dedicated L&D partner for three years running.
We built the Foodics Academy across four purpose-built tracks. A partner track that cut new partner onboarding from three weeks to four days. A client track that drove deep feature adoption from the moment of go-live. A sales enablement programme covering value propositions, objection handling, and competitive positioning — contributing to a 38% lift in sales win rates. And a support track that gave frontline agents the product depth to resolve queries on the first call. In parallel, we rebuilt the Foodics Help Centre from scratch — new information architecture, fresh copy, and a full library of GIFs and explainer videos — delivering a 52% reduction in help centre ticket volume.
Dubai Driving Center set out to lead the UAE's driving education sector into a new era — becoming the first driving school in the country to launch a fully digital theory training platform. It was an ambitious first, and StarhAcademy was chosen to build it.
We designed and deployed a custom LMS and built a complete digital theory library spanning all five vehicle categories: Light Motor Vehicle, Heavy Motor Vehicle, Heavy Bus, Motorcycle, and Forklift. Alongside theory content, we developed a dedicated Hazard Perception programme using interactive scenario-based learning, and built fully structured assessment environments that mirror real test conditions — ensuring learners arrived genuinely prepared. Theory pass rates reached 84% — earning formal recognition from the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) — and over 10,000 learners have completed the programme across a multi-year ongoing partnership.
As part of the UAE's national driving modernisation initiative, Emirates Transport — which operates one of the largest government transport fleets in the world — chose StarhAcademy to digitise their driver theory training programme at government scale.
We delivered 8 regulation-aligned eLearning modules in under four months, covering Light Vehicle, Motorcycle, Heavy Bus, and Heavy Truck categories — each built precisely to UAE government standards. All content was produced simultaneously in three languages (English, Arabic, and Urdu), reflecting the genuine demographic of the Emirates Transport workforce. The programme achieved a 91% completion rate within its first six months of deployment — delivering consistent, standards-aligned training quality at a scale that classroom instruction simply cannot match.
In collaboration with the Roads & Transport Authority, Roadslink commissioned StarhAcademy to build the official training and certification infrastructure for every taxi driver entering the UAE market — a three-year mandate and one of the most complete eLearning infrastructure projects we've delivered.
We developed the full curriculum — an English language communication skills programme purpose-built for drivers navigating passenger interactions in a multilingual city. We then built the platform: a fully custom system combining online self-study with in-centre assessment, complete with ticketing and queuing management, automated certificate generation, and direct government verification integration for real-time certificate validation against official records. The centrepiece was a fully designed assessment centre with psychometric testing — including tests, scoring algorithms, reporting dashboards, and physical centre workflow design. Certificate processing was reduced to same-day issuance, throughput increased by over 300%, and the platform now certifies over 3,000 drivers per year.
Building on the success of UAE driving school programmes, StarhAcademy was engaged by Muror — Saudi Arabia's government authority for driver training and licensing — to bring the same standard of digital instruction to the Kingdom, at national scale.
The mandate: digitise and standardise theory training simultaneously across 62 driving schools nationwide, ensuring every learner across the Kingdom received consistent, high-quality digital instruction for the first time. Over approximately one year, we produced the full programme in English, Arabic, and Urdu — with authentic Gulf-Arabic cultural context, full RTL layout, and content aligned precisely to KSA government standards. The result in Year 1: over 12,000 learners completed the programme, with national theory pass rates improving by 19 percentage points across participating schools.
SaveFast Training Academy had a clear strategic goal: scale their safety certification business significantly without a proportional increase in trainer overhead. Working in partnership with Dubai Municipality and Dubai Civil Defense, StarhAcademy redesigned their entire delivery model around a blended learning approach.
We digitised the complete Food Hygiene Level 1 & 2 certification programme — rebuilding the curriculum from first principles with subject matter experts, developing all eLearning content, building the assessments, and launching the LMS. We then delivered the same for Dubai Civil Defense's Fire Safety programme. Under the new model, learners complete theory independently online and arrive at the centre for just 45 minutes of practical assessment — versus the previous 4-hour classroom session. The outcome: training delivery costs fell by 68%, throughput increased 4x, and over 1,200 certifications were issued in year one alone — without adding a single trainer to the team.
Careablement set out to build a specialist care capability that would genuinely differentiate their service — a clinically rigorous, professionally delivered stroke care training programme that could be rolled out to their entire carer workforce. They partnered with the NHS and chose StarhAcademy to design and build it.
Starting from scratch, we developed 4 deeply considered eLearning modules covering stroke recognition, communication with stroke survivors, practical daily care, and carer wellbeing — all designed with clinical accuracy and the kind of sensitivity the subject demands. We launched the LMS to manage deployment and track competency, and delivered the complete programme in under 8 weeks. Post-launch, carer confidence scores in stroke care rose from 54% to 91%. Over 300 carers have now completed the programme, which forms the foundation of Careablement's specialist care offering.
