Refund Policy

1. Free trial first
We offer a free trial so you can evaluate Starh AI before paying. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to confirm the Service fits your needs. You are not charged during the trial and we do not auto-convert a trial to a paid plan without you actively choosing one.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you upgrade to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Email samid@starhacademy.com from the account’s billing address and we will process the refund to your original payment method.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. We send a reminder before each renewal. If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will work with you in good faith — typically a refund of the renewal where the account shows little or no usage in the new period.
4. What is not refundable
- Partial billing periods after the 14-day window — if you cancel mid-term, you keep access until the end of the paid period but the unused portion is not refunded.
- Add-on usage already consumed (for example, video hosting or AI usage beyond a plan cap), where applicable.
- Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
5. How to cancel
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period unless the 14-day guarantee or a renewal-error case applies.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
7. Currency and fees
Refunds are issued in the currency of the original charge. We do not deduct processing fees from refunds, but we cannot reimburse third-party currency- conversion or bank fees outside our control.
8. Exceptional cases
Extended outages, billing errors on our side, or other exceptional circumstances are handled case by case, and in your favour wherever reasonable. We would rather keep a fair relationship than win an argument over a refund.
